Refund Policy Including Solar Security Cameras. (Winter) Our Solar Security Cameras have been tested with 18650-68000mAh batteries in sunshine for a minimum of 6 hours per day in a 24Hr Cycles then taken out of sunshine and placed in shade for the remainder of the 24hr cycle.  Our Return Fund Policy for Solar Cameras last 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange how ever you are able to connect us to your camera while it is connected to your wifi and we can assist you. If you decide to take up the Ariel Plan we can't offer you a refund in the 30 day period after purchase.

The Ariel Plan If you choose to be part of our Ariel  Plan where after you connect the camera to your wifi. We connect to your camera with your assistant for the first 30 days from the day of purchase and we fine tune the settings for you free, at the end of 30 days we hand the camera over to you. If you wish to be a part of our   12 month  maintenance program which is 150.00 per year paid in advance  which  includes all maintenance visits free, includes supply of free 18650-6800mAh Batteries and SDTF 32GB card failure if required during the 12 months. your camera must be within 50klm radius of Caboolture Queensland 4510 for us to do the services, if your camera is out side the 50Klm Radius we send the batteries  and SDTF cards to you if they fail Free We also request  you send the failed ones back to us at your expense Customer Signed.................................................................................................

N/A With Ariel Plan To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same packaging in good condition that you received it.

 If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you,   you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is   received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

 if the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the   order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the   gift giver and he will find out about your return.

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning   your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost   of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
